DNA Molecules

Deoxyribonucleic acid, or DNA, is the component containing the blueprint that specifies the biological development and composition of every form of life. Its general structure is in the form of a double helix and is primarily made up of nucleic acids. DNA is a polymer strand of nucleotides that contain sequences using genetic codes. For most complex cells, DNA is actually located in the cell nucleus. The physical model of the DNA molecule has always been a source of great mystery to a lot of people. How can a tiny molecule be responsible for carrying all genetic information?

DNA molecules are referred to as molecules of heredity because they are responsible for the genetic passing on of inherited traits. DNA is replicated during the process of reproduction, transmitting parental DNA to offspring during reproduction itself.

Although scientists from ancient times already recognized the propagation of features to the next generation, the formal study of DNA, including the fundamental principles that govern heredity, only started when Gregor Mendel hypothesized that physical traits of garden peas are a result of the combination of genes from both parent garden peas. In the early 1950s scientists accepted scientific evidence that proved that DNA is the chromosomal component responsible in carrying hereditary information. Alfred Hershey and Martha Chase's experiment proved that DNA is the molecule that holds genetic information.

The physical structure of the DNA molecule and its complex functioning was proposed by James Watson and Francis Crick who studied the structure of DNA molecules using x-ray crystallography. At that time, it was already made known that DNA is made up of nucleotides made up of a sugar, a phosphate, and a base; each DNA molecule has four different bases; DNA's basic structure is helical. Their collaboration further enhanced these ideas as they promoted novel yet scientifically-backed ideas that led to better understanding of the DNA structure and the ability to work with and manipulate the DNA molecule.

Home DNA Test Kits

Home DNA test kits are now widely available for those who are seeking the convenience and discretion of proving paternity. They are intended for private use and not for legal purposes. Most of the home DNA test kits offer as much as 99.9 percent accuracy when used properly, similar to laboratory testing procedures. The price for home DNA test kits are quite expensive and may range from $100.00 to $300.00, based on the company that manufactures the test. DNA test kits usually include the kit, DNA analysis charts, and results reporting.

Home DNA test kits are fairly easy to use, employing the buccal swabbing technique to obtain DNA samples. DNA collection is done within a few minutes and is virtually painless and safe. These tests also come with clear and easy to follow instructions which clients must follow to obtain accurate results. The samples are then sent through mail for analysis. Results of home DNA test kits are mailed back to the approved people as stated in the authorization forms enclosed in the kits. Test results are kept in high confidence and are released only to the authorized people who were tested and to other client-approved individuals, such as lawyers or doctors.

Consumers must remember that the results obtained through the use of home DNA test kits may not be used in court because it lacks neutral witnesses during the DNA sampling. In the event that consumers would like to use the results from home DNA test kits, they are required to visit the facilities of the kit's makers where samples will be taken for proper identification and witnessing procedures.

Home DNA test kits are widely available through online sources. Consumers must carefully consider the credibility of the company from which they order their test kits. These sources must be backed by existing laboratories certified by DNA analysis associations for added reliability. Online sources usually ship test kits directly to the consumers at added costs.

Choosing an Online DNA Testing Service

Unless you've been living in a cave for the last ten years, you're probably aware of the growing role of DNA testing in everyday life. From forensics to relationships to ancestry, DNA testing is changing the way we validate truth. One of the fastest growing areas of DNA testing is in the realm of DNA paternity testing. There now exist online an abundance of companies willing to provide state-of-the-art DNA paternity testing services. Most of these companies send an at-home DNA paternity test kit directly to you, so that you can collect the necessary DNA samples in the privacy of your own home.

Because there are so many DNA laboratories vying for your business, you really need to do some personal investigation to determine which company is right for you and your situation. Since there is not yet any overall regulation of online DNA paternity test providers, it's the buyer's (that's you) responsibility to weed out the real labs from the fly-by-night operations. Here are some things to consider:

The testing service should be accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks and should be ISO 17025 certified. The American Association of Blood Banks is an international formed "to advance the practice and standards of transfusion medicine and cellular and related biological therapies." ISO stands for International Standards Organization. The ISO has set quality standards for DNA testing laboratories. These organizations perform audits and inspections of accredited companies to ensure that they maintain high standards. Laboratories holding both accreditations are demonstrating a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Beware of hidden costs. Make sure the fee you pay is all-inclusive. It should include the sample collection kit for a home DNA test, analysis by the lab, and results. There have been instances where labs have received DNA samples from clients and analyzed them, only to demand additional payment before providing the results.

Make sure you're getting what you need. Choose the right test for your situation. And find out the company's response time. Can they meet your deadlines if you have any? Most labs can provide results in three to nine days, depending on the test. Expedited service is often available for an extra fee.

Find out about their privacy policies. Do they guarantee complete confidentiality? Also read about their staff. Companies that provide DNA paternity testing or other DNA tests should employ staff with doctoral level degrees in appropriate disciplines like molecular biology and medical genetics.

Do they own their own laboratory or are they outsourcing the analysis to another company? If there are other resellers and brokers in the chain, it may cost you more. Brokers receive your samples and then turn around and forward them to another lab for testing. If the price isn't marked up in this process, then you can probably expect the quality to be lowered.

If you're ordering a DNA paternity test, or some other type of DNA test, it's obviously important to you. The results and your actions based on those results will likely have far-reaching and long-lasting consequences, especially in the case of a DNA paternity test. So it's really very important to practice due diligence--that is, do your homework. Investigate the companies you're considering. If their websites don't adequately answer your questions, then call them on the telephone and speak to a representative. Don't even consider companies you can't contact directly.

DNA Technology Today

DNA Technology Today

DNA testing has become the most effective and reliable ways to answer important questions regarding paternity. There are no more doubts when the results come forth and one can know with almost a one hundred percent surety whether or not the test results are accurate. It has been used in numerous trials now as legal DNA testing has become the most reliable evidence in convicting the right person who committed the crime. However, before the mid eighties, using DNA in the legal world practically did not exist, but with advancements in DNA technology, it has become one of the most accurate tools in crime scene investigations. That is why we see it being used in many different popular television programs. Not only has human DNA been used, but animals have also been tested and their DNA has been used in some investigations. There have been some mistakes in the early stages of using DNA evidence and even a scandal or two, but these have been very few and more positive aspects of using DNA in the courtroom have come than negative aspects. Even now, many who have been convicted and sentenced to many years in prison have been set free after a post-conviction DNA test has been done and their DNA did not match that at the crime scene. Sadly, many of these people had already completed much of their sentenced time in prison.

DNA technology has come along so much that today there are many companies that have a DNA home test, where by following a simple procedure questions regarding paternity or ancestry can be answered quickly and conveniently. For example, if you have ever wondered whether you have Native American genes, you can find that out easily and can do the test conveniently in your own home by using gene DNA. You would then send in the home testing kit, and in about a weeks time you would have the results. The procedure is very simple as well, for example when doing a paternity test, all you would have to do is take a cheek swab sample of the father and individual in question, send it in and in a week or so, you would know the results. It really doesn't get much easier than that.

As said before, DNA testing has been used in animals as well. For example, one very recent example is in India, where two farmers are arguing as to who is the rightful owner of a buffalo. They both have agreed to use a paternity test to find out who the owner is. Ironically, the paternity test, which will cost around two hundred dollars, is about twice as much money as to what the buffalo is actually worth. Therefore, the agreement is, that whoever is the rightful owner doesn't pay anything, but the one who is not will have to pay for what the test costs. This DNA trial will have a very negative effect on the one who is wrong but at least it will put an end to the argument. As DNA technology become more and more advanced, we will see it being used in many more aspects of everyday life.

The DNA of Biz-Opportunity

1.Profits are made by business opportunity seekers, who have come out of their comfort zones and own an attitude of a winner. They are real business opportunity seekers.

2. Focus on what sells, rather than what you know. The world is full of people who have good university degrees, but who are loosers.

They may know a lot, but they cannot do the right things with what they know. In biz-opportunity the objective of knowing is to act. To use what you know. The highest level of knowing is to know what sells and sell.

3. Focus on results, instead of following routines. The basic idea of biz-opportunity is to get results. If the business opportunity seeker is working with the results in mind, he has a great opportunity to reach the success sooner or later. So he is diven by his target and he lives as if he has already reached the target.

4. Focus on Yourself. Everything happens inside out. This means that the greatest success factor in every biz-opportunity is the attitude of the entrepreneur. What you think mostly affects your choices, which will lead you to the results you have set. On the other hand, your innner world is your toughest competitor.

5. Commit yourself to the biz-opportunity. The commitment or attitude is the rock, which leads you to the great things. Be long term and never give up.

6. Know your product. This is a must. You have to know your product and the services it offers. It is healthy to read through the copy of your biz-opportunity web site every now and then and learn the details. This you will need, when prospects ask so called stupid questions.

7. Lead Yourself. If you have not a plan of your own, you will execute some other people?s plan because you are always a part of some plan, yours or others?. Build leadership based on the natural strengths you have and your biz-opportunity will fly.

8. Be ready to learn. Keep your mind open to things that will fit your biz-opportunity PLAN. Prepared mind will pick the chances when they appear. Learning is a life long process, not just what happens at school or university. It is much, much more. And it is cumulative, like building a house, new brick on the top of old ones.

9. Find mentors. The success of your biz-opportunity depends that you follow the proven advices from experienced people. Visit discussion forums, where you can follow the instructions of appreciated people. Read ebooks and read magazines of the best publishers in your industry.

10. Learn to love your biz-opportunity. All businesses are run by feelings, but explained by business jargon. Your relation to your biz-opportunity is very important. Good results, if not accidents, will make you to love your own business. Use everyday confirmations to strengthen this relationship.

DNA Testing - An Overview Of This Revolutionary Scientific Breakthrough

What is DNA testing? It is specified testing that searches for the absence or presence of DNA sequences. It makes use of molecular methods like DNA chips, arrays, or polymerase chain reaction. Your genetic makeup is carried inside your cells nucleus, which contains the DNA material.

Deoxyribonucleic acid is the scientific terminology for DNA. DNA determines the cells behavior, function, and structure. What is great about DNA is that not only can it tell the identity of a person, but it can also give information about four thousand genetic conditions and diseases.

There are a variety of samples that DNA testing can be conducted on. For example, semen, tissue, cheek cells, and blood cells all contain DNA. Every person has DNA that is both distinct and unique to only him or her. There is one exception however, and that is with identical twins. DNA can be compared to our individual fingerprints, thanks to the specific nature of DNA testing, paternity can be established. The courts use this method because the results of the tests are generally ten to one hundred times the accuracy required by the courts.

There are advantages and disadvantages to undergoing DNA testing. For example, DNA testing is typically not covered by insurance. Even though we have laws in place that are designed to protect us from health insurance discrimination, many people believe that the results of genetic testing may affect their chances of obtaining insurance coverage.

Family dynamics is an area of major concern for many people. For most families, the genes within the family are considered to be an heirloom. Therefore, this revolutionary testing might have some negative impact on the family. Furthermore, the testing might reveal relationships that were previously unknown, perhaps paternity, or maybe even reveal family secrets.

This testing can have different types of effects on people both before and after the tests have been conducted. Therefore, it is wise to obtain professional help to deal with these issues and feelings.

The government and courts rely on DNA testing in solving crimes and finding leads. The method of DNA collection have proven guilt in crimes, as well as proven innocence in some wrongly accused of serious crimes or felonies.

You might likely see some advertisements for home DNA testing kits. It is important to remember that they often make promises that they cannot keep. The internet plays host to some of these sales and you could look at paying between $100 and $1,000 to purchase the kits. The General Accountability Office (GAO) states that these tests essentially create predictions that have been unproven medically and fail to provide meaningful information.

The United States FBI is wanting to keep a database nationally of DNA. There is a large amount of controversy surrounding this; many feel that obtaining DNA from any person without first gaining permission is going too far. It is far too easy for them to obtain DNA from a coffee cup or toothbrush.

Summary:

There are advantages and disadvantages to undergoing DNA testing. The government and courts rely on DNA testing in solving crimes and finding leads. The method of DNA collection have proven guilt in crimes, as well as proven innocence in some wrongly accused of serious crimes or felonies.

The Debatable DNA Testing - Discovering The Role Your Genes Play

How do you define DNA testing? It is specified testing that looks for the absence or presence of DNA sequences. It makes use of molecular methods like DNA chips, arrays, or polymerase chain reaction. Your genetic information is carried inside your cells nucleus, which contains the DNA material.

Deoxyribonucleic acid is the scientific terminology for DNA. DNA determines the cells behavior, function, and structure. What is great about DNA is that not only can it tell the identity of a person, but it can also give information about four thousand genetic conditions and diseases. Because DNA testing is becoming cheaper, this is the most popular form of testing.

There are many uses of DNA testing. For example, to establish paternity DNA is often used. Paternity can also be established in an unborn child. This is done with amniocentesis or CVS (Chorionic Villi Sampling). The latter test is generally done in the early stages of a pregnancy between ten to thirteen weeks along.

To conduct the tests, the obstetrician will insert a needle into the abdomen of the mother. Another method is to vaginally insert a catheter with the aid of ultrasound, to collect the cells. To conduct the amniocentesis test, the obstetrician must collect fluid via the uterus, with the aid of ultrasound to guide them. This test is typically performed at weeks fourteen through twenty-four. Because these procedures are invasive, they should be thoroughly discussed with the obstetrician.

Breakthroughs with DNA testing happen regularly. For example, now DNA tests can be useful when trying to determine your ancestry. You see, our DNA comes from both of our parents. In general, most areas of our DNA go through dramatic changes. However, there are some areas of the DNA do not change at all. Because of the changes and the things that do not change, the testing is able to link many generations together and reconstruct the history of families.

DNA testing has also become popular with those who have been adopted. This allows them to trace their ancestors and find biological parents. To perform this kind of testing, a doctor will typically rub a cotton swab on the inside of the patient's mouth. It is painless, easy, and quick, so this means even a baby can undergo this testing. The cheek contains DNA within the skin cells and after rubbed in the mouth, it will be on the cotton swab. Then the swab is sent to the laboratory to test the cells, analyze the DNA in the cells, and determine if there is a match within that family.

DNA is also used to solve crimes of a serious nature. DNA testing has been used to prove guilt or innocent in those that stand accused of felonies and serious crimes. DNA is also used, thanks to new technology, to determine an unborn child's sex. This test uses the DNA in the blood of the mother to define the sex of the child, because of the genetic fetal chromosomes found within the blood. This test can be before from week five and on in a pregnancy.

Lastly, DNA testing has been used to conduct an evaluation of health risks and health. The tests can even aid a person in weight loss by defining foods they crave.

Summary:

Deoxyribonucleic acid is the scientific terminology for DNA. DNA determines the cells behavior, function, and structure. What is great about DNA is that not only can it tell the identity of a person, but it can also give information about four thousand genetic conditions and diseases. Because DNA testing is becoming cheaper, this is the most popular form of testing.

The Many Applications of DNA Testing

The Many Applications of DNA Testing

The study of genetics has come along way in the past couple decades, and more and more we are seeing new developments in this exciting field of science. We have seen DNA testing being used in the news as it has become one of the most reliable ways to prove someone guilty of crimes such as murder or rape. We have seen it being used as well in many popular television shows with the deciding factor for the crime always being the result of the DNA test. This has become perhaps the most convincing evidence for crime scene investigation.

In today's world, advancements in DNA testing have been useful in all aspects of life. Even in the family, science has been used to bring out the truth in many cases of infidelity and therefore bringing justice where it needs to be. By using irrefutable DNA evidence through science one can know exactly what has happened in the past and although the results may be painful to learn, sooner or later the truth must always come out. DNA genetics has only sped up the process, and caused hidden secrets and lies to be made known. Perhaps in today's world there are many who are digging dip into their pockets to keep up on child support payments, when in reality they may doubt that the payments being made are even for their own children. Advancements in DNA profiling have allowed a simple and inexpensive way to be 100% sure that you aren't paying child support in vain. In fact, one simple paternity test is probably less expensive than a single child support payment! Therefore, using a paternity test and finding out that that you aren't the father would eliminate the hassle of those child care services.

With DNA testing being a relatively recent development in science, one must wonder how many people convicted of crimes they did not commit would have been let free quickly by using DNA identification. With that also, one must wonder how many guilty suspects were let off the hook? In many courts of law, cases that date back many years have been overturned by using DNA testing and the innocent have been let free after many years in prison. The most recent case being a fifty-seven year old man who being sentenced to fifty years in prison after being convicted of aggravated rape was let free after the DNA evidence did not match that at the crime scene. He had fulfilled half the sentence already which would therefore be twenty five years in prison. Astonishingly, in Dallas County, Texas, he was the fifth man in ten years to be let free by using DNA evidence.

Home Base Internet Marketing DNA of Success 3

Have you found out your reasons why you fail?

Friend now you find out the fact and truth why we fail, we will now look into,

The Source Of All Success.

There is a better way to achieve the success you want .... A way that is simple and easy to understand because it is basic to your soul; in fact, it is the DNA of all success. It is the way people have achieved success from the beginning of time. It worked before there were self-help experts, it still works today and it will continue to work in the future. It is the building block upon which all success is built.

Just as DNA is the chemical basis for all heredity, the DNA of success is something we all possess. This DNA of success has been with us the whole time. It is the cause of everything that anyone has ever done or will ever do. Because of it, the pyramids were built, new countries were discovered, men learned to fly and then walk on the moon. It is

The cause of millions of other successes less dramatic, such as learning to drive car, run a marathon or shoot par golf.

To accomplish what you want in life with any measure of satisfaction, you must identify accurately what it is you really hunger for. If you were lost in a desert, you would soon become hot and thirsty. You would do just about anything to get a drink of cool, clear water. This overpowering thirst is what I call a Core Desire.

Identifying and then wisely, faithfully pursuing your Core Desire is the one success concept that works every time. This is how people have created success for centuries whether or not they were aware of it at the time. Any time you succeed, you tap into this intrinsic motivation and internal power.

You don't have to write down a list of goals to achieve your aims in life. Basketball star Michael Jordan is just one example of someone who did not set written goals and still achieved greatness. In his article "In Pursuit Of Excellence" he writes: "I have the desire to be the best and player I can become, but I approached everything step by step. It's all mental for me. I never write anything down. I just concentrate on the next step. I envision what kind of person and player I want to become and I approached it with that end in mind. I know exactly where I want to go and I focus on getting there. As I reach that level, I gain a little more confidence. Each success leads to the next one."

Michael Jordan first focused on his Core Desire and then he achieved one Core Desire, he moved on, often with the help of mentors. "I am not afraid to ask anybody (who can teach me something) anything. My attitude is "Show me, help me, and give me direction."

My friend the first element to Success is "ASK"

Iam not an expert in the bible but I do know there's one verse which was given to us "Ask and you shall receive"

And when you receive it make sure you know how you are going to use it!

See you soon.

To Your Success.

Your Home Base DNA Of Success "Gratification In Action"

Have you read the article that I post on "The Source Of All Success?"

Learn anything from Michael Jordon?

And what are the elements to his Success?

Actually all success is a result of four basic concepts:

First, accurately identify your core desires.

Second, unleash a powerful force that lies within you the "Conquering Force"

Third, find a teacher, mentor or coach to help you realize your core desires and focus on your conquering force.

Finally, apply the conquering force to different areas of your life to make improvements or overcome challenges.

Gratification In Action

But "Jason my people wants instant gratification."

I do agreed that this is what most people want. And the good news, is that when you are pursuing genuine core desires, in most cases you experience constant gratification. You don't have to wait to have fun or joy when you are on the path leading towards your genuine core desire.

Having a life in which everything you do is driven by core desire, things you love to do or be it the most satisfying and fulfilling way to live. When you embark on the journey to identify your Core Desires, you will open up to a new way of living a life where everything you ever wanted will be available to you or you will be on the path toward it and loving every minute of it.

You can enjoy that great feeling in every area of your life going through life working on things you really, truly love or want. There are always the "have too", to get to your "want too," in your core desire. If you are dedicated to losing weight or getting in shape, you know you must exercise, but you don't mind this, even if it is hard. Only when your "have too" lead to an end result that is your core desire.

Core desires inspire action. Through out history, great leaders have rallied others to their causes, inspired people to accept risks and take action by tapping into their core desires. American revolutionary Patrick Henry revealed his core desire for freedom in his famous statement, "give me liberty or give me death," Most colonists shared that core desire. They felt oppressed and wanted to overthrow the oppressor. The closer a leader's vision corresponds with his or her follower's core desires, the greater and more powerful the leader becomes.

Leaders have follower because they tap into people's core desires. When leaders fail to tap into their constituent's core desires, their popularity and influence wane. Smart leaders first learn what their constituents wants and then adopt those concepts as their own. Once they know the people's core desires, they can promise to help them get what they want.

Most things that are worth achieving require that you put forth great effort. Usually the more worthwhile your desire is, the more effort it will require. You won't put forth all that effort unless you are pursuing a true core desire.

There may be many things you have to do to get to your "want-too". To become a doctor, for example you have to graduate from college and then from medical school. But if you really want to become a doctor, you don't mind that the path is hard, long and expensive. Imagine going to college just because it's what your parents want for you. Imagine working at a job that you hate just to get a paycheck that cannot support the lifestyle you desire. Imagine becoming a respected professional who earns a lofty income and yet, after years of practice, feels stuck in a rut or caught in a downward spiral, wondering, "If I am doing so good, why do I still feel so bad?" That crisis of meaning often hit us after we have experienced some initial success.

My dear friend if you seriously want something, you will get it. It is only a matter of time. When you achieve one core desire, you ask, "What's next?" You discover and start pursuing another core desire.

These steps make the DNA strands of our success. You can start taking these steps today. You are never too young or too old to begin moving closer to what your heart most desires.

See you at the Top.

5 Success DNA Principles ALL Entrepreneurs Need to Know!

Create a Rock Solid Foundation for Your Business

What makes some people successful and some not so successful? Passion? Drive? Focus? Yes, those are all important attributes. But what comes before that? What is the foundation that creates success?

I?ve discovered that the following 5 principles make up the Success DNA? of many super successful people. They are the essence of the belief systems that will bring you what you want in your business and in your life. These principles will help you to form a strong foundation for your business and bypass much the self doubt and the self sabotaging many entrepreneurs have encountered.

Get your foundation to be solid BEFORE you go any further with your business! It will be worth it!

1) Define the Character of Success
Who is the most successful person you know?
How did they get to be successful?
What kind of character do they have?

Based on those answers you will have a pretty clear idea of how you perceive success. This is the template for success that is imprinted in your mind and it is the information that the Law of Attraction actions in your life. I can hear your drawing an exasperated breath. Ah yes, my friend, it?s true. So choose your definition of success with purpose.

2) Define Your Relationship with Money
What and how do you think about money?
Is it abundant or severely lacking?
Do you enjoy handling money?

The Law of Attraction first starts with what?s going on inside your head. If deep down you truly don?t believe that you will be able to create a truly abundant business let alone make enough money to just get by yet you?re using daily affirmations about money you?ll find yourself struggling to tread water. Simple physics is the easiest way to explain this situation.

A Positive (the affirmations) + A Negative (fear around money) = A Neutral

That means nothing happens. You?ve just cancelled out your Universal flow of money and abundance in your life. Start believing you can be and deserve to be abundant! Clear out the nasty negative clutter around money & write a new positive script!

3) Choose Ease!
Get rid of the old tapes that say ?you need to work doubly hard if you want to be successful as an entrepreneur?. Refuse to listen to people who tell you that you?ll need to give up all your time and energy to be a success. Run from folks who sit around saying ?this is hard.?

You have a choice. You can accept these old limiting beliefs that you need to sacrifice yourself for success or you can choose to enjoy the process and find the entire experience a pleasurable adventure filled with ease. How you experience your process is all about your perception of how one achieves success.

4) Allowing
Are you allowing yourself to be successful? Really think about it: are you truly allowing yourself to be successful?

If the doubt that you can achieve success or have abundance is still intact, then you cannot ?allow? your desires to be manifest. I think Michael J. Losier explains it best in his book ?Law of Attraction? with this summation; ?the speed at which the Law of Attraction responds to your desire is in direct proportion to how much you allow.? It?s as simple as that. Remove the doubt around the desire and you?ll begin to manifest what you really want quicker.

5) Gratitude
Be grateful for all that you have no matter how much or little you perceive that you have. No matter what challenges you may face along your journey to creating your business or the relationships in your life never forget to express gratitude. The Universe appreciates a grateful person & will return to you other grateful people in your life.

Learning how to make the adjustments to these Success DNA? principles in your life will serve as the foundation for you to build your business upon. They will help you bypass lots of the self doubt and self sabotage that many entrepreneurs encounter. Remember the Universe will happily oblige you ? so make conscious choices about these basic principles and build a more successful business with ease!

What are you choosing for yourself and your business today? Self-Sabotage or Success?

Maria Gamb ?The Anti-Sabotage Expert? is founder of NoMoreSabotage.com, helping hundreds people learn how to undo sabotaging patterns thereby attracting more success and abundance into their lives.

She is a well-known and respected expert on Anti-Sabotage Principles and the Laws of Attraction for Success, speaking nationally to audiences whose members want to overcome blocks to success. institutions that may require a positive or negative identification on a person
by way of biology. Surveys estimate that at least 200,000 DNA tests are annually
conducted by states that are after the settlement of child support and paternity
concerns. Recent advances in the field of DNA analysis have opened a wider horizon
in the understanding of paternal relations. Furthermore, DNA testing services are
also able to determine twin zygosity, siblingship, cousin and grandparent relationship
and one?s ancestral origin.

In order to achieve a DNA test, samples are required from both the child and
the supposed to be father. Even with the absence of a sample from the mother, a
DNA test can religiously produce an accurate result. Taking blood samples from young
children has been proven to be very traumatic so buccal swabs are now qualified
as samples to the analysis. This is done by massaging the tool inside the child?s
mouth to gather cheek cells.

DNA testing services have extended to the confines of the homes. Individuals
who willingly submit to DNA testing can now do it personally and privately. This
at-home paternity test is convenient, simple and private. the garnered samples are
sent back to the lab together with the designated payment. DNA testing services
providers send back the results within 10 days. Get the peace of mind you so long
for. Get the answers to your questions. DNA testing is safe and hassle-free.

What You Need To Know About DNA

In the last half of the 20th century, much research has been done on DNA, and this period has also been characterized by major breakthroughs in understanding DNA. For example, many insights have been discovered via the Human Genome Project, which has been successful at mapping out the human gene. However, despite the vast amount of studies that have been published as a result of the tremendous amount of research done on DNA, there are still a lot of people who are not so familiar with the concept of the DNA. This is because most of the studies that have been created are too technical for the average Joe to appreciate.

Understanding DNA

One good way to help people understand the concept of the DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is to help them relate it to a more familiar concept. Given the nature of DNA, it would be good to relate it the concept of a fingerprint. This is because DNA molecules are unique identifiers that can be found in our bodies, specifically inside the nucleus of our cells. A typical DNA molecule is made up of about 3 billion base pairs, which are the building blocks of DNA, and which are made up of carbon and sugar. The DNA molecule is helical in structure as two strands are connected by the base pairs in a spiral stairway fashion.

They also serve as the genetic blueprint that would determine our biological characteristics such as our hair color, eye color and our skin color. The way these biological characteristics emerge is that when we are conceived, we inherit half of our DNA from our father and the other half from our mother, which is why we inherit some of our parents? characteristics. All human DNA are 99.9% identical, but the remaining 0.1% is enough to uniquely identify individuals from other people. Given this, no two people have the same genetic makeup or DNA makeup, which is why DNA testing is very accurate at pinpointing the specific person who owns the DNA material that is being tested.

There has been much literature that has been created on DNA. However, there are still a lot of people who do not understand it because of the highly technical nature of the literature. To be able to let more people understand the concept of DNA, people need a point of reference from which they can identify with, and the idea of considering DNA as something similar to fingerprints, which help identify people from other people is a good example of such a reference point.

DNA Fingerprinting

In criminal cases, it is the strength of the evidence against the accused that determines the outcome of the case. This is why prosecutors try their best to come up with the strongest evidence to prove the guilt of the defendant, and this is also why defense lawyers try their best to discredit the evidence of the prosecution. To help them do this, both the defense and the prosecution solicits the help of experts in analyzing evidence and in proving the veracity of the evidences in the case. In recent times, the expert that lawyers have greatly depended on with regard to the analysis of evidence is the Forensic Expert who is capable of doing DNA profiling or fingerprinting.

DNA profiling

Forensic experts who do DNA profiling are able to identify the 0.1% difference between human DNA to be able to pinpoint if the DNA material found in a crime scene matches those of the accused. This process has been proven to be very accurate and it has even been used to resolve past cases, and in some instances, it has been able to exonerate some prisoners who have been found to be innocent of the crime they have been imprisoned for in the past.

The process

The process of DNA profiling involves a process by which DNA samples from a crime scene are collected from various sources such as hair and skin cells. The DNA will then be extracted from the samples and it would be cut using different enzymes that recognize the patterns in DNA. The DNA will then be made to run through a gel where they are separated by an electric current through a process called electrophoresis. The fragments would then be compared to the other samples to determine if there is a match. This process is highly accurate in identifying whose DNA material is found in a crime scene, but it cannot tell if a person has planted the DNA material, which is why authorities do not completely rely on DNA profiling.

In recent years, DNA profiling has been successful at helping both defense lawyers and prosecutors establish or dispute the veracity of evidence. This is because it provides an accurate way of establishing whether a suspect has been at a crime scene or if the DNA of the accused is found on the victim, which can establish guilt, especially in rape cases. However, DNA profiling should not be the sole basis of establishing guilt, as there is also the possibility of DNA material being planted by the real perpetrator of a crime.

DNA Structures

In all that we see in nature, the principle that we usually see is that form follows function. This is because in almost all creatures and plants, the unique features that they have serve a purpose. One example of this includes how some creatures are able to camouflage themselves within their background because their skin color allows them to do so. Other examples include birds with specially shaped beaks to help them catch prey, and the woodpecker is a good example of this. However, this principle does not only apply to the physical attributes of animals and plants as this principle is also followed up to the molecular level. This is seen on how the structure of the most basic genetic molecule, which is DNA also follows this principle.

Form follows function

The function of DNA is for replication and the transfer of genetic information. Given this, it can be expected that the structure of DNA would be designed to serve these functions. For its replication function, the two-strand structure of DNA molecule allows for the separation of these two strands to be able to bind with newly developing DNA molecule. This means that the two strands can ?give birth? to a limitless number of DNA molecules as long as the replication process goes on.

For its genetic information transfer function, the way by which DNA molecule is made up of sub-units that contain a sugar, a phosphate group and four nitrogenous bases allows for the molecule to be arranged in a way by which a code is formed. This code is determined by the sequence of the four nitrogenous bases namely, adenosine (A), cytosine (C), thymine (T), and guanine (G). During the replication process, this code is transferred to the new DNA molecules that are formed through a process by which a gene that is formed or coded in the same sequence in which the nitrogenous bases are sequenced in the DNA. These genes then determine the proteins that make up and establish the biological characteristics of an organism.

As with anything in nature, DNA also follows the principle that form follows function. This is because the unique structure of DNA allows it to serve its two main functions, which are the replication and the transfer of genetic information.

Royal Bloodlines, DNA and Human Psyche

If someone believes they are better at something they have a better chance of displaying such traits or succeeding thru expectations right? Sure that makes sense. If someone is told when they are young that they have royal bloodlines in their ancestry could this help them succeed? Does that DNA really make any difference in their ability to compete?

It is funny these questions aren?t they? And along with that phrase; Believe to Achieve, they do make sense. What about a blind study? What happens when you have a child who is never told of royal lines and you watch to see if they are over achievers or perform at the average level or even below? That might be interesting to prove a point. Well guess what? I have royal lines and did not know it until I was nearly 40 years old.

Now then judging my genes only in hindsight of accomplishments, I believe that they are not so bad, in fact they have served me well or allowed me to use them to their full potential. Now one could ask; could you have accomplished all that with lesser genes?

Actually the funny thing is ?I? believe I could have, I would have only had to work harder, which sometimes I did when I had somewhat inferior genes for a given task you see. For instance as a sprinter in Track, my muscle twitch was not as fast as a Black Athlete, thus hard to keep up, he was superior in that test of ability by far.

I had to condition myself more, and train much harder you see. But perhaps the abilities of the mind to believe I could propelled me to do just that? But that cannot happen without strength of character, drive and belief in self or for some a higher power. I guess my point is this, maybe there is something too the Royal Bloodlines that makes these folks rise to the top or over achieve as if a character flaw? Or maybe I am an anomaly? But either way, I still believe and will always believe that human will is the key. And no matter what genes you have you must make the best of them and never give up. That my friend is what makes a winner and nothing else. Consider this in 2006.

Will Universal DNA Database Stop Crime?

Many in government and especially law enforcement are calling for a national DNA database. The Medical and Health Insurance Industry wants one and they have the lobbyists on ?K-Street? to get anything passed Congress. Including monthly rectum inspection of everyone in the country, except the politicians who are most likely already being served in a similar way by the callboys paid for by the same group.

Perhaps you are a privacy rights activist and this is bothersome to your line of thinking. Yet many say it would stop crime and it would work better than fingerprints in catching perpetrators. But would a universal DNA Database curb crime? Well it would certainly help probably, however most likely would not completely stop it.

Some are already working on efficient ways to collect samples at birth and encode this data on Social Security Cards, Smart Cards and Real ID cards. Perhaps it will start with immigrants into the country first. Or those with work visas, student visas and new citizens. Indeed the citizens will demand convicted felons to have them also as they get out of jail.

Have you considered the implications of a Universal Human DNA database in the United States, Europe, China and other nations? It maybe coming sooner than you think and there are some benefits to hospitals and first responders too, as this information in the future will be vital to proper treatments and medicines. Consider this in 2006.

DNA Engineering: Could It End The World's Problems

The concept of DNA engineering (also known as DNA manipulation, DNA technology, and DNA recombination) is controversial, and the process of DNA engineering is amazing. DNA engineering is the altering of DNA, with the purpose usually being to mass produce some kind of chemical. Contrary to popular belief, DNA engineering, as of today, is not used to change the physical characteristics of an individual. However, some day in the future, that might be very common (it would be used to prevent hereditary diseases).

DNA engineering is a complex process which has many steps and requires many tools. As of today, DNA engineering is used to mass produce products like insulin. If you've ever wondered how chemicals like insulin can be mass produced and used by humans, it will be explained here. But before understanding how this DNA manipulation works, some things need to be known about an unlikely ally: Bacteria.

Bacteria are crucial to the process of DNA engineering, and without them we wouldn't be able to make use of it. Bacteria are easy to clone and it's easy to alter their DNA. In fact, bacteria alter their own DNA through three processes, but for the purpose of DNA engineering, scientists are only concerned with one. Transformation is when bacteria take DNA from surrounding fluid and incorporate it into their own. Bacteria also have small circular rings of DNA called plasmids, which is the DNA that is actually altered in the bacteria.

There are many steps to recombining DNA. First, a suitable bacterium must be taken, as well as a cell containing a gene that scientists want to clone. The scientists isolate the bacterium's plasmid as well as the cell's DNA. Then, the scientists use something called a restriction enzyme on both the cell DNA and the bacterium's plasmid. The restriction enzyme cuts out the gene of interest, the one the scientists want to clone, and then it is placed near the bacterial plasmid and it attaches (in the gap of the plasmid that was taken out with the restriction enzyme). However, the hydrogen bonds formed when the DNA connects aren't very strong, and an enzyme called DNA ligase is used to seal the cell DNA to the plasmid by covalent bonds. Now, the plasmid has now become recombinant DNA, and is ready to be cloned. The bacterium is allowed to multiply into several bacteria, and then scientists can use the huge amounts of bacteria for something useful.

One thing scientists can do is use restriction enzymes to cut out the cloned gene (which was cloned when the bacteria reproduced), and place it in another organism, whether it is human or plant. By placing a new gene into a plant, it might give that plant a resistance to something, like certain bugs. Or, the gene can be allowed to stay in the bacteria and they mass produce the protein the DNA gene codes for, like insulin. So, for example, lots of insulin is produced, extracted, packed, and is ready for use by humans.

The same concept can be applied to any other gene or protein that needs to be mass produced. By using this technique, scientists can mass produce any gene or protein they want, and use it to benefit humans. It is not long before human babies' DNA is altered to fix hereditary diseases, and things like hemophilia and sickle cell disease will be problems of the past.

Decoding The DNA Of The Brand

In a saturated and highly competitive market place, the importance of brands and branding to market share growth and product success cannot be over emphasized. Companies, countries, regions, towns and organizations who are able to grasp the principles of brand DNA are more likely to eclipse those who do not, in terms of delivering value to shareholder investments, or in the ability to attract inwards and foreign direct investments (IDIs and FDIs).

A brand refers to the tangible and intangible values of a product, service or place. On their own and in their generic forms; products, services, towns, regions and countries are similar to each other. In a blind test; a thirsty consumer may not be able to spot the difference between Pepsi and Coke, neither will a potential tourist be able to differentiate between the beaches of Maldives from those of Mallorca. Products therefore become like other products, just another need-fulfilling article. Any real differences may remain lost to consumers because brands mean nothing unless the brand values are consciously communicated to the consumers and target publics.

A brand?s DNA refers to its Distinctiveness, Novelty and Attributes, as compared to those of the competition. In this instance, countries like Nigeria must discover its unique national brand DNA and communicate the same to potential investors who may be attracted to South Africa as a potential investment country. Also, brands like BMW must communicate to consumers the superior differences in owning a luxury BMW car, as compared to a Toyota Lexus. Telecommunication firms such as T-Mobile, Vodafone, MTN and GLO must consistently find ways of identifying and decoding their brand DNA and communicating it to subscribers, such that their networks actually connects with them, and not be regarded as a mere mobile phone service provider.

Why is Brazilian football different from those of other football countries such as England and Germany? Because Brazilian football is free spirited, it possesses the samba element which connotes enjoyment and pleasure. A very distinctive characteristic which has become a promise to fans of Brazilian football all over the world. It is a basic expectation of the fans based on this unwritten promise that they will be entertained each time they watch a Brazilian football match anywhere in the world. Brazilian footballers try as much as possible to fulfil this promise, for this reason the likes of Ronaldinho and Robinho continue to mesmerize fans both off and on the pitch.

Italy is another example, its football is rooted in a distinctive style of defending and shielding the goalkeeper, a famous poster advertisement during Euro 1996 had an advertising copy saying ?Italian goalkeeper, the safest job in the world?, a testimony to Italy?s distinctive style of defensive football. A brand must be unique in its own way; it must have characteristics that make it stand apart from competitors, such that these characteristics become easily identifiable by the consumers. Marketers must then seek to discover or create their brand?s distinct characteristics and communicate them to consumers; also any brand promise made must be constantly fulfilled and matched by action, just like Brazilian footballers.

Other examples that readily come to mind are the superior engineering behind Mercedes vehicles, the comfort of Nike trainers, the prestige of an Oxford or Harvard education etc. These products and institutions have distinctive brand values which have also been communicated over the years to various stakeholders, thus helping to sustain the brands? immortality in their respective sectors. At the same time, brands must also constantly adapt to changing market conditions, brands are always playing catch-up to consumer tastes which are ever changing and any brand that does not heed the warning ?innovate or die? does so at its peril. Consumers? tastes for new products and services, just like investors hunger for new investment opportunities and destinations are constantly on the rise, brands must constantly re-invent themselves, and be able to offer consumers something new. Such novelties must be specific and relevant to consumer needs. In the case of regions and counties, potential investors want to know of new government policies aimed t reducing bureaucracy, expanding opportunities and increasing capacity. Such new policies must be communicated to the people needing that information.

Apple has released several generations of the iPod since the release of the first generation in 2001; every new edition appears to have something new for the customers, who could also switch to rival brands with novel features. Sony made this mistake with its Walkman and Discman brands, and for a long time did not offer customers novelty until Apple launched the iPod. Now, Sony has re-launched the walkman in its mobile phone handsets, but the damage has already been done because Apple has cornered a better part of the market for portable music devices.

In addition to a brand?s distinction in terms of brand quality and superior performance, brand novelty refers to brand evolution through a process of research and development, the brand has to sum itself up in a brand charter and state what it is all about. The brand attributes therefore encompasses all the tangible and intangible aspects of the brand, which is also consciously and unconsciously communicated to customers and stakeholders.

Successful brand building achieved through brand distinctiveness and novelty may still be negatively affected if the customers and stakeholders receive conflicting signals about the brand?s attributes. The people element is key to enhancing positive brand attributes. Both superior and innovative brand offerings will fail in the face of poor customer service. If the service delivery chain is slow or poor and customer complaints are not responded to on time, the customers can take their custom to competitors.

Also, the brand identity should be clear and easily identifiable; this can be achieved through a combination of elements such as corporate communications, advertising, public relations, corporate social responsibility, events, word -of- mouth, designs, packaging, labelling, logos etc. The Nike swoosh and the Mercedes star symbols are prime examples of strong logos which have now aided the brand recognition of the Nike and Mercedes brands.

Other brand attributes will include the use of colours, for example the Brazilian national team?s famous yellow and blue jerseys, and the orange jerseys of the Holland national team. England surprisingly hasn?t been able to adopt and promote its national colours in a way that will be as distinct as those of Brazil and Holland. Its red and white combinations are not as distinct as would be expected for such a country with heavy football following and history of brand building. Nigeria has been outstanding in its green coloured jerseys although lately, due to dwindling football fortunes it hasn?t been able to sustain the earlier promises and also meet the expectations of the growing number of fans worldwide. Every brand must be able to communicate its origins and history, as well as its culture, knowledge and awareness of the DNA of the brand, and successful communication of all related brand distinctions, novelty and attributes can help the brand live long, if not for ever.

Kidnapped by the Police in the Middle of the Night

The Burning Times Aren't Over By Theresa Chaze

I now know how the women of the Burning Times felt being dragged from their homes in the middle of the night and tortured. I wasn't dragged from my home nor was I physically tortured, but I was kidnapped and emotionally tortured by the Traverse City Police Department and the Grand Traverse Sheriff Department of Michigan. After working a ten hour shift at Normic Industries that started at 3:30 pm Tuesday October 17th and ending 2 am on the 18th, I was driving home on South Airport Road. A few minutes after I turned off Park Drive on to South Airport, a car drove up very close behind me. The headlights were lighting the interior of my car and it was making me very uncomfortable because it simply wasn't safe. If I suddenly had to stop, the other car would have rear-ended me. I turned on my signal and moved into the left lane. The car advanced and I saw it was a police car. I thought he was in a hurry and would pass. Instead, he turned his flashers on. Confused, I turned on my signal and pulled over back in to the right lane, then off to the side of the road, turning off my car and rolling down the window. The officer walked up and I asked "What? What did I do?" He asked me for my driver's license and registration. I told him it was in my purse and pointed to the backseat. He told me to get it, so I started opening the door. He got angry and slammed it shut. He demanded that I get it by reaching around the other way. There was no way I could reach it. He yanked open the door and ordered me to get out and go to the back of my car. I did what I was told, asking what did I do. He refused to answer. Moments later, he walked around riffling through my purse. He asked me if I had anything sharp that would cut him or a weapon. I have a small atheme that I carry for when I do ritual in the woods. It's a set of two knives--two inches and one inch. Since most people don't know what an athame is, I called them knives. I bought them on Ebay for 99 cents. He dug to the bottom of the outside pocket and found them. He again looked through the main pocket, then gave me my purse back and demanded I give him my license and registration. I asked him to hold his flashlight over my purse while I looked for them; it was even a bigger mess than when I gave it to him. After I gave him the forms, I was handcuff and put in the back of the squad car. I kept asking why and neither officer would answer me. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told he knew, but he was too busy to talk to me. Where the second officer came from I don't know. I was so overhelmed, I didn't see if there was a second car. They searched my car without my permission and arranged to have my car towed. They took my keys and drove me to the jail. The handcuffs were so tightened they make my hands numb. Wednesday I woke up with my right wrist hurt and swollen. After we got to the jail, I was informed that my car was swerving and that is why I was stopped. They arrested me because of my carrying a concealed weapon. I was totally amazed. They took off the handcuffs and I was processed. They took all my jewelry, including my pentacle necklace, and I was searched. During the processing, I was searched twice more, which I didn't understand. Except for going to the bathroom, I was always in their sight, so why would they continually have to search me? Another person was being given a breathalyzer test. I asked to be given one as well. I wanted it as evidence that was sober and I had never done it before. I asked to talk to a supervisor and again was denied. I asked for an attorney and was denied. They placed me in a hallway. There was a payphone, but I didn't know who to call and I no longer had any money. The longer I waited, the more nervous, I became. Stress is the main trigger for my asthma. As the attack started, I asked for my inhaler; they refused to give it to me. It turned into a major attack to the point of throwing up and peeing on myself. An officer walked in and told me to stop making myself sick. I told him the best that I could that I have asthma and needed my inhaler. A few minutes later, he allowed me to use it, but it took a little while before I was able to talk. During that time a dark haired officer with a mustache, who claimed he was a supervisor came it. I told him that I could talk yet and to come back in a few minutes. He never came back, but another one did. He said he was the shift sergeant who arrest me and that the other was the supervisor for the jail. I explain to him what had happened and the actual size of the knifes. He didn't understand why the officer decided to arrest me--that he had the option of not. He also said that the officer contacted him and told him that the knife was three inches long; it was at that point he gave the officer the option of arresting or not. He said at this point there was nothing he could do, but at the 9 am, I would be given my bond hearing and that I would most likely be let go without having to pay a bond. I told him about my asthma, allergies, and hypoglycemia. He said he would make sure that I had access to my inhaler and given something to eat. I told him I would be missing two dozes of my allergy medication because I didn't carry them with me. There was nothing he could do. I asked for an attorney and why my rights hadn't been read to me. He said my rights didn't have to be read to me because they hadn't asked about the knife, but ignored my request for an attorney. Before he left, he again said he didn't understand why I was arrested and was sorry that he couldn't help. Later I was put into a holding room and bagged lunch with two sandwiches, cookie, juice and an apple were given to me. The juice was high in sugar so it helped bring my blood sugar left back up. The sandwich tasted strange and the bread was all dry. It made me sick. I forced myself to eat half of it because I needed to eat and nibbled on the stale cookie. It was so bad I didn't know what kind it was. I rationed out the juice to keep my blood sugar up. For the rest of the night, I sat on the mattress and walked the parade of people. Every few hours my chest would start to get tight and I would ask for my inhaler. It was hard to get their attention, but eventually it would be provided. Each time the officers were getting nastier about it. Breakfast was served to the other inmates but I didn't receive any, nor was I asked if I wanted any. There weren't any clocks so I lost track of time. Eventually I was let out to talk to the "magistrate"--the woman who set my bail. I tried to tell her my side; she wouldn't listen. No one would. She was more interested in my income and what property I owned, than finding out what my history was. I tried to tell her that I had never been arrested; like everyone else, she ignored me. She told me I was to go before the judge at 2pm. My bond was set at five thousand dollars with ten percent down. The only person I could think to call who would have access to that kind of money was my employer. I called him and he said he would see what he could do. Later, I was able to use the phone twice more to get bond. My sister-in-law wasn't home; my credit card wouldn't increase my limit. I didn't know what I was going to do. No one would give me any information nor help me understand the process. For most of the morning, I sat with my back against the wall, crying. Lunch was served, but by that time I had waited to long to eat. Looking at it make me feel nauseous, eating would only make me vomit. Instead, I curled back up in my corner and drank the Kool-Aid type drink they gave me. I continue to ask for my inhaler regularly. The officers were getting hostile. At one point, they nearly refused, but they gave it to me and told me it was the last time. Another officer mentioned that they should send me to the nurse to be checked out. However that wasn't done. It seemed to be getting late. I started asking about the time. I was told I had to appear before the judge at 2pm. I was already in enough trouble already; I didn't need more by being late. The officers told me not to worry about it; the paperwork wasn't filled out yet, but it would be soon. There was an announcement made for something at three o'clock. I again told an officer about the 2 pm appointment, he told me the paperwork still wasn't ready. Later I asked again about the time, the officer said it was nearly four. Another person and I would be arranged before five. The was a problem with the transfer of a person and there was chaos for about 10-15 minutes. The officers had a good time beating up a young man who was being difficult. They laughed and joked about how they wanted to punch him bloody. After things had calmed down, my court appearance had been pushed back to Thursday at 9:45 am but my bond had been posted. They were just waiting to get the receipt. After dinner had been service, I was finally let out of the cell and my paperwork processed. They had taken all the cash I had on hand and deducted cost of my stay, returning the rest in a check. They wouldn't give me copies of anything bond the receipt of my bond being paid and the check. They allowed me to use the phone. I called my employer to tell him that I had been released. He told me that he had tried to pay the bond earlier, but was told that I would be arraigned at two and that it would be reduced. When he called before three and he found out that I hadn't been, he made arrangements to pay it before 4. I wasn't released until after 5pm. It was too late to contact an attorney. By the time, the cab picked me up and the tow driver returned to the lot, it was after 6:30pm. Neither of them would accept a check and I ended up going over my limit on my credit card in order to get myself and my car home. On Wednesday, I arrived at the courthouse at 9:30. I asked where I need to be and for my paperwork. I was told I didn't need any and was directed to the courtroom. While I was waiting, I talked to a man who also had been in jail at the same time. He heard the officers joking that my paperwork had been ready for a while, but since I had been a pain they were going to teach me a lesson. It was after 11:30 before I was called before the judge. He finally read me my rights and gave me a phone number to call the next day to get an attorney. I told him I had never been arrested before and he agreed to give me back the ten percent my employer paid. I was able to leave. I was cooperative from the beginning and through the whole ordeal. I keep asking why, because I wasn't being given answers. The couple of times in the past, when I had been stopped the first words the officer said was did you know you were speeding. The arresting officer wouldn't tell me anything. It was as if he was looking for a reason to arrest me and wouldn't stop until he found one. I didn't know him and don't know why he would want to hurt me. I lost two days of work, cost me money I couldn't afford, and has made me physically ill. I learned we do not have as many rights as we think we do. You can be pulled over and arrested without being told why. The officer and his co-workers refused to give me his name or give me a copy of the police report. You don't have to be read your rights, given access to an attorney, or receive medical attention. You can be bullied and mocked by the people who are suppose to protect you; if you ask questions you are considered a troublemaker and you are detained longer. I always thought the police were to protect the public, but they are the ones the public needs protection from.

I've discovered that the following 5 principles make up the Success DNA? of many super successful people.

1) Define the Character of Success Who is the most successful person you know? How did they get to be successful? What kind of character do they have?

Based on those answers you will have a pretty clear idea of how you perceive success. This is the template for success that is imprinted in your mind and it is the information that the Law of Attraction actions in your life. I can hear your drawing an exasperated breath. Ah yes, my friend, it's true. So choose your definition of success with purpose.

2) Define Your Relationship with Money What and how do you think about money? Is it abundant or severely lacking? Do you enjoy handling money?

The Law of Attraction first starts with what's going on inside your head. If deep down you truly don't believe that you will be able to create a truly abundant business let alone make enough money to just get by yet you're using daily affirmation about money you'll find yourself struggling to tread water. Simple physics is the easiest way to explain this situation.

A Positive (the affirmations) + A Negative (fear around money) = A Neutral

That means nothing happens. You've just cancelled out your Universal flow of money and abundance in your life. Start believing you can be and deserve to be abundant! Clear out the nasty negative clutter around money & write a new positive script!

3) Choose Ease! Get rid of the old tapes that say "you need to work doubly hard if you want to be successful as an entrepreneur". Refuse to listen to people who tell you that you'll need to give up all your time and energy to be a success. Run from folks who sit around saying "this is hard."

You have a choice. You can accept these old limiting beliefs that you need to sacrifice yourself for success or you can choose to enjoy the process and find the entire experience a pleasurable adventure filled with ease. How you experience your process is all about your perception of how one achieves success.

4) Allowing Are you allowing yourself to be successful? Really think about it: are you truly allowing yourself to be successful?

If the doubt that you can achieve success or have abundance is still in tact, then you cannot "allow" your desires to be manifest. I think Michael J. Losier explains it best in his book "Law of Attraction" with this summation; "the speed at which the Law of Attraction responds to your desire is in direct proportion to how much you allow." It's as simple as that. Remove the doubt around the desire and you'll begin to manifest what you really want quicker.

5) Gratitude Be grateful for all that you have no matter how much or little you perceive that you have.

Remember the Universe will happily oblige you - so make conscious choices about these basic principles and build a more successful business with ease!

What are you choosing for yourself and your business today? Self-Sabotage or Success?

DNA Testing in the 21st Century

DNA Testing in the 21st Century

One of the most exciting fields of study for technological advances has been DNA testing. DNA technology has come along way and we have seen it being used on many popular television dramas such as Law & Order, 24, CSI, and many others. Using DNA evidence has become one of the most effective tools for solving crime scenes and punishing the truly guilty. In fact DNA testing can even be used to clear up old crimes committed many years ago! One such case happened to a man who had spent 21 years in jail but was released recently after a DNA trial in which his DNA was not found to match that left at the crime scene. Many other cases similar to this one have also used DNA technology to solve crime.

There is also one technique currently being developed that may boost crime solving statistics tremendously. This technique will also help solve crimes that have been committed many years ago. For example, sometimes DNA from many different people found on one object used to commit the crime may be mixed together and be nearly impossible to tell who committed the actual crime, but a new computer program has been developed which can distinguish each set of DNA and match it to specific people. Therefore, it has become much easier and faster for investigations to be solved. Many crimes have gone unsolved because of the problem that used to exist with matching the correct DNA to the correct person. However with this advance in DNA technology, many old crimes still being investigated will be able to be solved. So if you are one who has committed such a crime and got away with it, don't get too comfortable, one simple DNA trial will unveil crimes committed many years ago. Results are so accurate that they cannot be refuted in a court of law. Not only will the real person responsible for the crime be punished, but perhaps as in the case above, many innocent people will be freed and be able to live their normal life again thanks to DNA technology.

There are many more applications of DNA research, even those for the most common person. Using human DNA one can even get in touch with his or her roots. I'm sure we have all heard stories of where we "think" our ancestors come from, but if you ever wanted to be completely sure, there is an inexpensive, fast and easy way to find out. Many commercial DNA testing laboratories even have at home kits which you can use to find out this information. Most only require that you take a cheek swab sample, send it in and they will do all the DNA research required to find out your ancestry. They are able to track where your ancestors have lived, where they moved, and what traits and characteristics made them different from others. One woman, who has made a number of trips to Ghana, recently found out that she has roots there by using a home DNA testing kit. She always had felt an impulse to visit the country and even went there on her honey moon, but only recently found out that some of her ancestors are from Ghana. This information brought her much comfort in knowing where she her family came from and to get in touch with her roots. DNA technology therefore can also become a great tool for genealogical work and may be used more and more as people become aware of the many different things they can do using DNA research.

Your DNA of Success "Gratification In Action"

Have you read the article that I post on "The Source Of All Success"? Learn anything from Michael Jordon? And what are the elements to his "Success"?

Actually all success is a result of four basic concepts:

First: Accurately identify your core desires.

Second: Unleash a powerful force that lies within you---the "Conquering Force"

Third: Find a teacher, mentor or coach to help you realize your Core Desires and focus your Conquering Force.

Finally: Apply the Conquering Force to different areas of your life to make improvements or overcome challenges.

Gratification In Action

But Jason my people wants instant gratification. I agreed that this is what most people want!

And the good news is that when you're pursuing genuine Core Desires, in most cases you experience constant gratification. You don't have to wait to have fun or joy when you are on the path leading toward your genuine Core Desire.

Having a life in which everything you do is driven by Core Desires.....things you love to do or be...is the most satisfying and fulfilling way to live. When you embark on the journey to identify your Core Desires, you will open up to a new way of living a life where everything you ever wanted will be available to you or you will be on the path toward it and loving every minute of it.

You can enjoy that great feeling in every area of your life going through life working on things you really, truly love or want. There are always the "have-tos", to get to your "want-tos," your Core Desire. If you are dedicated to losing weight or getting in shape, you know you must exercise, but you don't mind this, even if it is hard. Only when your "have-tos" lead to an end result that isn't a Core Desire are you unhappy.

Leaders have followings because they tap into people's Core Desires. When leaders fail to tap into their constituent's Core Desires, their popularity and influence wane. Smart leaders first learn what their constituents want and then adopt those concepts as their own. Once they know the people's Core Desires, they can promise to help them get what they want.

Most things that are worth achieving require that you put forth great effort. Usually the more worthwhile your desire is, the more effort it will require. You won't put forth all that effort unless you are pursuing a true Core Desire.

There may be many things you have to do to get to your "want-tos." To become a doctor, for example you have to graduate from college and then from medical school. But if you really want to become a doctor, you don't mind that the path is hard, long and expensive. Imagine going to college just because it's what your parents want for you. Imagine working at a job that you hate just to get a paycheck that can't support the lifestyle you desire. Imagine becoming a respected professional who earns a lofty income and yet, after years of practice, feels stuck in a rut or caught in a downward spiral, wondering, "If I am doing so good, why do I still feel so bad?" That crisis of meaning often hits after we have experienced some initial success.

My dear friend if you seriously want something you will get it. It is a matter of time. When you achieve one Core Desire, you ask, "What's next?" You discover and start pursuing another Core Desire.

These steps make the DNA strands of our success. You can start taking these steps today. You are never too young or too old to begin moving closer to what your heart most desires See you at the Top.

Home Base Internet Marketing DNA of Success 3

Have you found out your reasons why you fail?

Friend now you find out the fact and truth why we fail, we will now look into,

The Source Of All Success.

There is a better way to achieve the success you want ?.

You don?t have to write down a list of goals to achieve your aims in life. Basketball star Michael Jordan is just one example of someone who did not set written goals and still achieved greatness. In his article ?In Pursuit Of Excellence? he writes: ?I have the desire to be the best and player I can become, but I approached everything step by step. It?s all mental for me. I never write anything down. I just concentrate on the next step. I envision what kind of person and player I want to become and I approached it with that end in mind. I know exactly where I want to go and I focus on getting there. As I reach that level, I gain a little more confidence. Each success leads to the next one.?

Michael Jordan first focused on his Core Desire and then he achieved one Core Desire, he moved on, often with the help of mentors. ?I?m not afraid to ask anybody (who can teach me something) anything. My attitude is ?Show me, help me, and give me direction.?

My friend the first element to Success is ?ASK?
I?m not an expert in the bible but I do know there?s one verse which was given to us ?Ask and you shall receive?
And when you receive it make sure you know how you are going to use it!
See you soon.

To Your Success.

Home Base Internet Marketing DNA of Success, Why We Fail?

Have you ever think of why we fail? When we can?t reach our goal?

What went wrong in the first place or why some people give up their dreams so easily I know success is not an easy task but why we fail?

Jack my mentor told me, for years of his research he found the reasons why people succeed and why they fail. Plus with my years of experience in my off line and online business I would love to share with you what is our findings.

In our quest for achievement, we typically make the same mistakes, over and over again.
Let?s see what this common area that we make that mistake:

We don?t know what we want.

We buy into conventional success methodologies and self-help thinking.

We fail to seek or utilize qualified mentors.

We expect too much too soon.

We fail to seek feedback and make course corrections.

We focus more on what we lack than on the strengths, assets and resources we possess.

We procrastinate and succumb to the paralysis of analysis.

We move forward without a plan or strategy and then quit too soon.

How many times have you tried a product, plan, and program or prescribed remedy for a period of time without experiencing the success promised? When we don?t achieve the promised success, we often begin to doubt ourselves. We think we don?t have what it takes, that there is something wrong with us. Worse yet, we may see ourselves as failures.

Then what do we do? Far too often we jump back in and reapply ourselves to the same techniques that failed us before?only this time we ?try harder?. We keep repeating this cycle. We remain stuck in a continuous, self ? defeating cycle of effort, then failure, because we embrace a paradigm of success that simply doesn?t work.

Incorrect assumptions are the foundation upon which many self-help theories and practices are established. And so we see many people climbing prescribed mountains, only to discover that they don?t really want to be on that mountain at all. For them, the climb is always difficult, never fun and at some point they say, ?It?s not worth it to me,? and quit climbing. Perhaps for them the thought of reaching the top was just a whim, a wish, a fantasy or a dream. But your desires will only be fulfilled if they are things you really want to do or become.

Once you discover what it really takes to experience success, happiness, peace of mind and joy?once you discover the true source of success in all areas of your life----self-motivation becomes automatic. You will let go all the techniques and method you have been taught about success.

For example I stop setting up goals many years ago and I still achieve everything I want and at a very high level of satisfaction and joy---in all areas of my life. Once you learn the source of all success you can, too. Everything I have accomplished, I have done without setting any goals

Goals setting experts who tell us to shoot for the moon because even if we miss we ought still hit a star to be told, ?We don?t want a star. We want the moon!? What if the Apollo astronauts were these types of goal setters who ended up missing the moon and setting for some star?

Why should we settle for less in our lives when we can learn a better way to have what we most desire? By accepting a star instead of the moon, we are being told to settle for less. Settling for less is simply not acceptable.

Let me ask you, just imagine that now your love one are being held or kidnapped and to pay the ransom you must achieve or make 50,000 in your program, ?What will you do??
Do you write down a plan or set up goals? How about when you are dating, do you go all out to impress your date? Any goals set to get that someone you love?

Think about it and I will tell you ?The Source of All Success? in my next article.

Ask yourself what you want to achieve the success you want and you will get them!
